The Prosecco D.O.C. Fioravanti Onesti is produced using only the grapes of the Glera vines, the only one suitable for producing Prosecco D.O.C.
It is made into wine with the long Charmat method: at least 6 months in steel vats to ferment on selected yeasts. For those who like a slightly sweet taste choose the Prosecco D.O.C.
Extra Dry Millesimato, and for those who prefer a dry wine, the Prosecco D.O.C. Brut will be perfect.
