One of the most historically important farms of our estate has given life, thanks also to an excellent vintage, to a soft wheat of the prestigeous moisson variety.
Stone grinding, with which the whole grain is ground with a low processing speed without eliminating any part, guarantees the maintenance of the organoleptic and nutritional profile.
Stone ground flours contain the outer part of the grain rich in fiber and nutrients that the industrial processing process does not allow to keep in normal flours.
